Wavehill IT (part of the Network Communications Group) is a fast-growing Managed Service Provider and IT support company looking for a new member to join their helpdesk team.
The ideal candidate
We are looking for someone with great communication skills and a good phone manner to join the team. Based at our London Enfield office, you will be required to support clients remotely which will eventually evolve into onsite support.
The ideal candidate will be a logical thinker and have excellent troubleshooting skills with a basic knowledge of installing, maintaining, and supporting computers and networks.

Having a good foundation in the following technologies is essential:
- User remote IT support / helpdesk
- Networking & router and firewall setup (home level at minimum)
- Network troubleshooting
- Wi-Fi setup
- Windows 7/10/11 installation and troubleshooting
- Office 365
Knowledge in the following is desirable but not essential:
- Windows 7/10/11 installation and troubleshooting
- Microsoft 365 – (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Intune, Teams)
- Server install with Server 2012/2016/2022.
- Active Directory, DNS, DHCP & IIS
- Firewall port forwarding/VLAN/NAT
